Design and execution of hedges for debt issuances in the telecommunications sector: interest rate swaps (IRS) to move from floating to fixed rates, cross-currency swaps (CCS) to convert dollar-denominated debt into pesos, FX forwards and interest rate options (caps and collars), including negotiation of ISDA, CSA and local master agreements with bank counterparties.
