Independence, structure and execution.
A firm built so that real estate developers and mid-sized companies can access capital with the quality of advice enjoyed by large corporations.
“We design, negotiate and execute. One team, from structuring to closing.”
Borax Capital is an investment banking and private credit firm headquartered in Mexico City. We advise our clients on the capital decisions that shape their growth: how to fund themselves, whom to negotiate with, when to tap the capital markets, how to buy or sell a business and what it is worth.
We bring together, in a single team, financial structuring, legal execution, private credit origination and negotiation with banking, capital markets, development bank and private funding sources. Because we belong to no financial group, our advice answers only to our client’s interest.

How we work
A partner-led firm, with a bench of specialists for each mandate.
Every mandate is led by a partner from start to finish. For each transaction we bring in the finance lawyers, tax advisers, trustees and rating agencies we work with regularly, so the client deals with one counterpart and has a full team behind it.

- Appraisers, construction monitors and rating agencies

Conflicts of interest
Disclosure of any proprietary participation and separation between advisory and lending.
Confidentiality
